Introduction

Eligibility

You must be authorized by your organization (e.g., pharmacy) to create or manage a listing.By creating or claiming a listing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

User Responsibilities

As a user managing a listing, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information in your listing.
  • Regularly update the information to ensure it remains current.
  • Ensure that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or contain illegal, misleading, or inappropriate material.

You must not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s functionality or other users’ experience.
  • Use the platform to promote unrelated services or products.
  • Post false or defamatory content.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to your listing. By submitting content, you grant MatOscar Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listing on the platform.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Fees and Subscriptions

Creating or managing a listing may require a subscription. Details of applicable fees and payment terms will be provided at the point of registration. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Failure to make payments may result in the downgrading of a listing on the website, which may remove some elements of the listing e.g. photos.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform if:

  • The platform is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
  • You breach these terms.
  • Your listing contains false or harmful information.

Limitation of Liability

MatOscar Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content or for any disputes arising between users and third parties. We provide the platform “as is” and make no guarantees regarding its availability, functionality, or suitability for your needs.

Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms
